Lucius Gantt’s expertise is in political consulting, governmental relations, wealth building transactions and investments, media and communications. A graduate of Georgia State University's School of Journalism, the Washington Journalism Center and also the Florida State University Graduate School, Gantt worked as a professional at WSB-TV, The Atlanta Journal, National Public Radio in Washington, D.C., The Associated Press in New York City and Atlanta and WFSU-FM, WFSU-TV and the Tallahassee Democrat in Florida's capital city before starting All World Consultants in 1980.
As a lobbyist, Gantt has represented The Florida Medical Association, The Florida League of Hospitals, Bell South Mobility, Cellular Division, Hialeah Park (racetrack) Inc., The Florida Consortium of Urban Leagues, The Florida State Branch of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, Minuteman Fireworks, and The United Minority Contractors.
He currently provides government relation services for Florida Communications, LLC, Cherry Group, LLC, The Federation of Physicians and Dentists (www.fpdunion.org), The Video Access Alliance, The Florida African American Education Alliance, Hip Hop Artist, Lance Scurvin (www.ScurvOriginalz.com) and many other companies, associations and individuals. Kitsana, A Laotian, energy business, is an investment client. Gantt formerly served as Media Consultant for the Florida Conference of Black State Legislators and as a political and media consultant for both the Florida Democratic Party and the Florida Republican Party.

DR. OSITA ANIEMEKA Vice President of All World Financial Group

Since 2010, Dr Osita Aniemeka has been on the Faculty at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai, Niger State and the Director of the Center for Learning Communities. With a PhD in Communication and Entrepreneurial Leadership, Osita worked for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Project–NEXTT, where his work entailed growing the potentials for agriculture and agribusiness on the Lagos-Kano- Jibiya (LAKAJI) Corridor through small scale farmers (Agropreneurs).
He’s also Consultant to UKAID/DFID. He worked with UNDP | FMARD Capacity Development Trajectory of the Agricultural Transformation Agenda (ATA); and the Nigeria Development Gateway Collaborative (World Bank-Development Gateway Foundation). Osita worked for Standard Trust Bank in Nigeria (now United Bank for Africa) and was member of the Global Steering Committee of the NGO Working Group on the World Bank representing the Africa Region. A skilled business facilitator and negotiation specialist with expertise in entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, governance and stakeholder relations,
Dr Aniemeka gained extensive experience in SME development strategy, performance management, media, non-profit governance, donor relations, and public-private- dialogue/partnership working in the United States and in Nigeria. He’s Director-in-Residence of the South East Entrepreneurship Development Center in Nigeria and speaks English, Creole (Pidgin), Igbo and Ika languages.

JACQUELINE BLYDEN Vice President of All World Financial Group

Born on the island of Curacao, to St. Maarten parents, Jacky Blyden was raised and educated there. In 1989 she completed her studies at MAO (Middelbaar Administratief Onderwijs), Business Administration School and migrated to the island of St. Maarten.
Jacky worked as administrator and Assistant Manager at Henson Construction. In 1993 Jacky joined the shipping industry at Global Shipping, was trained and became a Shipping Consultant. Later, Jacky was approached by Intermar Shipping to become part of their team where she ran the Inbound Department handling cargo from Europe and Puerto Rico, Miami and other worldwide locations.
Jacky Blyden also served as Executive Secretary for the St. Maarten Business Association. During that time she conducted business classes, workshops, seminars and assisted with the organizing of trade shows. Jacky has good command, written and spoken, of the following languages: English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento (Native language of Curacao). In the year 2000 Jacky opened her first private business under the name Virgin Archer Specialties,
